• Job Title: Financial Analyst • Position Type: Full-Time, Remote • Working Hours: EST • About Pavago: Pavago is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst. • The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to project management, and an entrepreneurial mindset. • This role requires proficiency in Excel financial modelling, presentation development, and supporting end-to-end deal execution, with an emphasis on accuracy and clear client communication. • Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models in Excel, focusing on real estate investment fund performance. • Create polished, data-driven presentations for client meetings, investor pitches, and internal decision-making. • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, property valuations, and other data relevant to the real estate investment space. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation for potential transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises. • Assist senior team members in the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and document preparation. • Track and organize relevant data for deals, including maintaining detailed records of financial analyses, investment reports, and transaction documents. • Work closely with senior analysts, associates, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client goals. • What Makes You a Perfect Fit: Your confidence in financial analysis enables you to manage complex data. • You effectively track and manage client requests, ensuring timely responses and data accuracy. • Willingness to assist with additional tasks, contributing to the team’s overall success. • Interview Process: Initial Phone Call, Video Interview, Final Interview, Background Checks.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in investment banking • Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for effective financial modelling. • Highly organized, with strong attention to accuracy in data management and reporting. • Able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines. • Willingness to support recruitment and administrative tasks, including managing job postings and screening applicants.
