Paxful is the world’s largest people-powered marketplace, connecting over 14 million users across 140+ countries to move, save, and store money - even without a bank account. • The Continuous Delivery Engineer at Paxful will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines for the company’s cryptocurrency platform. • This role automates deployment workflows and optimizes CI/CD processes to enhance software delivery. • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient software releases. • Automate deployment workflows with tools such as Apache Airflow, AWS Lambda, and ArgoCD, minimizing manual effort and enhancing operational efficiency. • Monitor and analyze deployment performance using Splunk and CloudWatch, proactively addressing pipeline issues and ensuring system reliability. • Collaborate closely with developers to integrate new features into production pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely rollouts. • Implement secure rollback mechanisms and advanced deployment strategies, including blue-green and canary deployments, to minimize downtime and risk. • Ensure compatibility, scalability, and reliability of software releases across diverse production environments, supporting platform growth and stability. • Automation enthusiast with expertise in CI/CD and containerized application deployments. • Proactive problem-solver who optimizes software delivery for reliability and speed.

Requirements

What we are looking for: • 3+ years of experience in CI/CD or deployment engineering roles, with a proven track record of managing automated pipelines and seamless deployments. • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools, including GitLab and Jenkins, and proficiency in managing container registries for scalable deployments. • Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS for containerized application deployment and orchestration. • Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD to streamline deployment and infrastructure automation. • Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and event-driven automation using AWS Lambda. • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and CloudWatch to ensure pipeline and deployment visibility. • Strong understanding of advanced deployment strategies, including blue-green and canary deployments, to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
