• Paxful is the world’s largest people-powered marketplace, connecting over 14 million users across 140+ countries to move, save, and store money. • As the Manager, Sales, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our active user base from a global and regional perspective. • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with users, building and maintaining a high-performing sales team. • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth and expand market share. • Build, lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high engagement, activity and loyalty. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting to inform company level decision making. • Work closely with other departments (Product, Customer Experience, Marketing) to align sales efforts
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field • 5+ years of experience with minimum 3 years in a managerial role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a startup or fast-paced environment • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Preference will be given to those with cryptocurrency/blockchain/web3 experience.
