• About Paxos: Rebuilding financial infrastructure to be efficient and inclusive. • About the team: Responsible for core infrastructure powering issuance of tokenized assets. • About the role: Design and optimize software solutions for digital assets issuance. • What you'll do: Develop mission-critical issuance systems; collaborate with teams. • About you: Strong development experience, fundamentals, cloud tools familiarity, and collaborative skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software development experience, with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, Python. • Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design. • Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and tools, such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services. • Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. • Experience with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptographic principles is a plus. • A passion for learning and applying new technologies to solve real-world problems.
