🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of engineering experience • You are comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript) • You are a strong advocate for automated testing • You have seen and are able to implement engineering best practices • You are user-centric, empathetic, and passionate about your work • You have been part of a growth team or department that focuses on rapid iterations and experimentation • Bonus: Experience building lead generation pipelines • Bonus: Experience working in martech • Bonus: Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast!)
