📋 Description
• Work closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering • Manage complex calendars, ensuring schedules align with key priorities • Support product and engineering leadership with agendas and meeting structures • Help create an environment where the team thrives • Draft updates for board meetings and leadership discussions • Ensure seamless communication between product, engineering, and cross-functional teams • Manage domestic and international travel logistics
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced role such as Consulting, Program Manager, Chief of Staff or high-level Executive Assistant • Strong sense of ownership in managing tasks independently • Ability to apply judgment to make decisions that optimize leadership’s time • Experience working across teams and interacting with senior leaders • Exceptional communication skills • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity • Experience planning small to medium scale events • Passion for blockchain technology
