📋 Description

• AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. • We help MedTech companies get products to physicians effectively. • We support revenue driving priorities and maintain executive calendars. • You'll coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, assisting with executive communications. • The role reports to the CRO and involves strategic focus on high impact events.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting executive initiatives • Highly proactive tendencies who resolves ambiguity when they spot it • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in critical business matters • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communications and calendar and travel management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment • Undergraduate degree
