Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, assess customer requirements, and develop tailored solutions • Analyze ISV and Developer needs and develop comprehensive technical solutions that meet their requirements • Serve as a technical point of contact for integrators, acting as a trusted advisor and technical liaison • Manage the knowledge base of partner integrations, including configuration and support documentation • Founded in 2000 by three UCSB graduates, PayJunction has grown from a bootstrapped startup to a recognized and respected leader in the payments industry

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Integrated Payments • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Sales role • Relevant degree in a technical or business-related field is highly preferred but not required • Deep knowledge of payments products and services, with the ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements • Skilled in articulating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Understanding of REST APIs and their functionality, with the ability to identify specific endpoints and commands for troubleshooting • Proficient in reading and writing HTML, and identifying elements in the DOM for targeting fields during integrations • Proficient in reading and writing JavaScript to troubleshoot and solve problems
