• Application Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, and other relevant applications to meet the specific needs of our business processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. • Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the efficiency of workflows. • Implement automation solutions, like Zapier, to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention. • Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize process performance to ensure maximum efficiency. • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, providing actionable recommendations for workflow enhancements. • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, sales, customer support, and other teams to understand their unique requirements and challenges. • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless integration of applications into daily operations. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, scripts, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure system stability. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application configuration and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • 8+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role, such as Engineer, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst, with proven ability to independently implement automated processes. • Demonstrated expertise in configuring, optimizing, and automating processes within platforms like Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, or similar applications. • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) essential for automating workflows and improving system efficiency. • Systems design experience, with a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to implement tools and technologies to enhance and streamline them. • Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and challenges.
