Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a software engineer with strong Ruby and Rails expertise • Experience working in large codebases and communicating effectively about code • Ability to make practical decisions and write well-tested, secure, and performant code • Commitment to respect and support team members of all levels and backgrounds • Experience with modularizing applications and solving complex performance problems • Knowledge of design patterns supporting long-term sustainability
