Description

• Develop high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to: Social media posts, Digital ads, Videos, Emailers, Blog posts. • Manage and maintain our social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, regular posting schedule, and timely engagement with our audience. • Foster a strong and active online community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant discussions. • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain and share monthly growth reports. • Collaborate with our campaign manager to develop and execute social media ad campaigns that align with overall business objectives. • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation. • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Creative and innovative mindset. • Ability to work independently. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bonus Points • Experience in the payments or financial services industry. • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization. • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns. • Previous experience with an American company. • Deep understanding of AI writing tools.
