Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role. • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Proficient in project management techniques and tools. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with technology platforms and tools used to support change management efforts. • Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
