Description

• Under limited supervision, the Consultant I is responsible for providing coaching and oversight to adjusters regarding use of and payments to general contractors and Allstate preferred vendors via the Good Hands Repair Network and Alacrity. • The individual reviews, analyzes, and processes mitigation and general contractor bills for payment. • This person may be asked to provide guidance and oversight to employees of first- and third-party property claims and support Claims leaders to ensure consistency and objectivity in our claim handling. • This person may be asked to conduct quality reviews for appropriate coverage and subrogation investigation, damage determination and estimation, and compliance with claim processes.

Requirements

• Prior Insurance, restoration or mitigation experience • 3- 5 years relevant property experience • Have prior experience using estimating software like Xactimate • Value providing an effortless customer service experience • You enjoy the ability to work independently starting your day from home. • View problems and setbacks as opportunities for improvement and look forward to coming up with creative solutions • Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Are known for clear and professional communication – both written and verbal.
