Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • A Master’s degree or advanced certifications in RPA, data science, or cybersecurity are a plus. • 7+ years in RPA development and web scraping, with hands-on experience across full-stack development for automation and data extraction tasks. • Proficient in Python for both web scraping and data manipulation, with extensive experience in libraries like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium. • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for front-end auditing, reverse engineering, and code optimization. • Strong background in C# and the .NET framework for back-end integration and process automation. • Hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes, with an emphasis on containerized environments for scalable RPA solutions. • In-depth experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, especially for healthcare claims data automation. • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integration for seamless front-end and back-end data extraction. • Prior experience with healthcare industry standards, particularly in handling and securing claims data, is highly preferred. • Familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA and GDPR is essential. • Proficiency in web scraping frameworks like Selenium, Scrapy, and BeautifulSoup, with expertise in managing and processing large datasets (JSON/XML). • Strong commitment to high-quality, maintainable code, with experience in Git for version control and collaborative development. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with legacy codebases or troubleshooting complex issues. • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, adapting technical language to meet the client's needs and ensuring full understanding of project requirements. • Experience managing projects in Agile or Six Sigma frameworks, with certifications such as Agile or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
