• PCG Consulting Group is a premier minority-owned consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. • We specialize in providing innovative and tailored solutions to our clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges. • Looking for a skilled Tech PM specializing in clinical Data Projects. • Lead and manage clinical data projects, focusing on the integration of Cerner systems and the development of clinical use cases. • Strong background in healthcare IT, particularly with Cerner EMR/EHR systems. • Proven track record of managing projects that enhance clinical workflows, including initiatives like Length of Stay (LOS) optimization, discharge planning, and patient flow dashboard development. • Key Responsibilities include project management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on clinical data projects and Cerner system integration. • Proficiency in Cerner EMR/EHR systems and their integration with other clinical and administrative systems. • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations, including Length of Stay, discharge planning, and patient flow. • Familiarity with data integration technologies, interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and healthcare data analytics. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects in a healthcare setting. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. • PMP, PMI-ACP, or relevant certifications in project management and healthcare IT are highly desirable.
