📋 Description

We are seeking a motivated, sales-centric and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our PCRK Talent Acquisition Team. • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing candidate databases. • Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. • Screen resumes and conduct candidate screenings via phone. • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Coordinate job postings on various platforms. • Support the recruitment team with hiring initiatives. • Assist in preparing recruitment materials, including job descriptions and offer letters. • Communicate with candidates regularly to keep them informed of their status throughout the hiring process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. • Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (preferred). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment processes.
