• Responsible for expanding and maintaining business relationships with major clients • Identifying new potentials and driving the strategic development of your sales area, e.g. through cross-selling • Creating internal and external product and solution presentations as well as strategic account plans • Conducting regular acquisition activities, creating forecasts and ensuring your targets are met • Collaborating closely with sales management and the entire sales team, possibly mentoring junior staff • Proactively contributing with own ideas to support the development of our cloud business • Working interdisciplinary with project managers on major customer projects and at the interfaces to customer service, product management and marketing • Creating offers and documenting sales activities in the system (ERP/CRM)
• Successfully completed commercial or technical training, possibly supplemented by a (specialized) university degree • Several years of professional experience in key account management in an IT-related industry • Ability to quickly capture complex customer requirements and implement tailored solutions • Ideally first experiences in sales of cloud solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technically complex content clearly and convincingly • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a safe handling of numbers, while also convincing with customer and service orientation • Team player with appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration • Strong awareness of information security and willingness to support the company within the framework of ISO 27001
