Description

• Responsible for analyzing complex new comparability allocations • Completes annual Form 5500 for 401k plans • Provides audit support to the Plan Sponsor and audit team • Performs Nondiscrimination, Top Heavy & Coverage Testing • Calculates retirement plan contributions and allocations • Performs corrective actions for failures in annual testing • Provides consulting related to compliance and plan design • Completes compliance correction projects as needed • Assists with training/guidance of junior team members • Exceeds internal and compliance deadlines

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of retirement plan administration experience • Relius Administration and FT Williams software experience preferred • QKA Certification preferred • Ability to reconcile transactions/assets on the Trust Statement • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, must be able to build complex formulas and use V-lookup feature & pivot tables • Self-Starter, highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and problem-solve • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure • Ability to meet seasonal deadlines based on IRS and Department of Labor regulations • Advanced listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Must have an exceptional attention to detail • Strong customer service skills
