• At PDI Technologies, we empower brands with technology solutions that drive growth and efficiency. • GasBuddy seeks a Senior CRM Manager to lead CRM and personalization efforts during significant growth. • Responsible for strategic development and execution of CRM initiatives. • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making and engagement. • Collaborate with teams to implement personalized experiences based on customer needs.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy, customer insights, and marketing automation, preferably in a B2C technology environment. • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and UX principles. • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Adobe), strong analytical and reporting skills, customer journey mapping, and experience with campaign personalization. • Familiarity with customer lifecycle modeling and marketing automation best practices. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience (preferred). • Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred). • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing loyalty marketing programs with strong understanding of acquisition, growth and retention strategies within a CRM framework (preferred).
