• Help support PDQ’s flagship endpoint management products • Manage a complex support ecosystem for the suite of PDQ products • Support customers in utilizing new features • Translate bug reports for development teams • Field feature requests and feedback from customers
Requirements
• Manage team standup meetings • Conduct 1:1s with Solutions Engineers • Train and onboard new Solutions Engineers • Assist customers with questions and issues • Create and maintain documentation and content
