β€’ Lead and optimize customer acquisition strategies across online and offline channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, email, content marketing, events, and partnerships, in collaboration with Conduit’s Co-Founders. β€’ Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. β€’ Establish and enhance marketing processes, workflows, and systems. β€’ Craft and execute a social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement, brand awareness, and inbound leads. β€’ Set up a comprehensive system for tracking and reporting key marketing metrics.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles, particularly within technology SaaS startups. β€’ Experience generating leads with a B2B or small business audience β€’ Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results. β€’ Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing. β€’ Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset. β€’ Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms. β€’ A creative and analytical approach to developing and implementing marketing strategies.
