Description

• Be the first hire in the product team at freeflow • Work closely with the founders to create, design, and launch the early iterations of the freeflow product • Engage with users to solicit feedback via customer interviews and discovery calls • Challenge the status quo on innovation and quality of UX design • Take full ownership of your work every step of the way, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final treatments • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes • Proactively look for and resolve high-level issues and seek out opportunities to continually improve the product

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience in product design and at least 3 years of experience working on a product that uses complex technologies and data • Demonstrated ability in digital product design and user experience, including user journey mapping, storyboarding and prototyping, user testing, and validation of hypotheses • Expertise in running effective user interviews • Leading with data-informed product design and development • People-focused design mentality and a track record of influencing decision-making at all levels
