• Re-imaging the next generation of 3D and data visualization tools in the core product • Building analytics dashboards to help customers make high-impact decisions • Developing new features and products for project teams in the construction space • Innovating in immersive 360 Video Capture experiences on mobile • Crafting the next generation of the design system • Designing industry-leading experiences for the core application • Creating tools that offer users clarity about their construction projects • Turning ambiguous problems faced by users into concrete new products • Influencing the future roadmap through user research and new idea exploration • Working collaboratively with design, product, and engineering teams • Engaging in design reviews and sharing work with leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company • Experience with SAAS products or complex data applications • Strong visual design skills • Strong data visualization skills, and examples • Ability to simplify complex problems into flexible, powerful, and user-friendly solutions • Understanding of enterprise/large user landscape • Effective communication of design work and decisions to internal stakeholders • Comfortable presenting work to senior stakeholders • Strong independence and championing of design vision • Dedication to users and colleagues while effectively prioritizing tasks
