Description

• Xometry seeks a Senior UX Designer to create compelling experiences for engineers and manufacturers. • Work closely with Product Managers and software developers in a dynamic, supportive environment. • Lead multidisciplinary initiatives and improve design consistency across products. • Prototype features and conduct usability testing. • Coach designers and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in a UX team in a cross-functional environment. • Experience designing for web apps in marketplace companies. • Strong communication skills and advocacy for design thinking. • T-shaped UX design skills. • Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and engineering leads. • Portfolio showcasing decision-making in web and mobile design. • Must be a US citizen, green card holder, or legal permanent resident.
