Requirements

• Must-Have: • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, with a track record of driving growth across all key marketing areas, including digital, content, paid media, and analytics. • Proactive in growth marketing: Should lead growth activities that encompass marketing, sales, and product—not just execution on design tasks. • Broad experience across marketing areas: Experience should extend beyond graphic design to include writing, marketing, and creating content strategies. • Strong content creation skills: Ability to produce content that is both visually appealing and well-written. • Strong writing skills: Excellent writing is essential for effective communication and engagement. • Ability to contribute in strategy discussions: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions to enhance team output. • B2B marketing experience, with the ability to tailor strategies to business audiences. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders. • Proactive mindset, constantly seeking new growth opportunities and improvements. • Proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, and Slack. • Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management. • Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • Nice-to-Have: • Experience working with remote teams. • Additional language proficiency.
