Requirements

•Proven experience in customer support or project coordination, with a background in construction, design, or a related field (highly preferred). •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, designers, and technical teams. •Experience with budget management and basic financial tracking. •Proficiency in Shopify and a demonstrated comfort level using technology platforms. •Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and floor plans. •Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance. •Active listening skills and a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
