• Work Arrangement: Remote • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time) • Job Type: Full-time • Holiday Adherence: US Holidays • PTO Entitlement: 14 days PTO + public holidays and sick leave • About Pearl Talent: Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. • Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Ecommerce Operations Associate to help manage online sales channels, execute digital marketing campaigns, and optimize store performance. • Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the Shopify store, develop and execute ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, oversee social media accounts, track ecommerce and marketing performance metrics.
• Ecommerce experience, specifically with Shopify store management • Hands-on experience with ad creation and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar) • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including content creation • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess marketing performance and suggest optimizations • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute opinions to improve marketing efforts • Experience with email marketing and automation • Background in SEO and conversion rate optimization • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
