• Job Position: Executive Assistant (EA) with Marketing Background • Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines) • Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level, Independent Contractor • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST • About Pearl Talent: At Pearl, we're more than just recruiters—we're connectors. • Role Overview: We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) with a background in marketing and social media management. • Key Responsibilities: • Operational Support: Oversee operational processes and identify inefficiencies, develop solutions • Marketing and Social Media Management: Execute social media projects, focusing on video content • Administrative Duties: Serve as a point of contact and liaison for team members • Strategic Projects: Take ownership of key projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives • Onboarding & Documentation: Contribute to onboarding new hires and developing materials

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in operations, project management, or related fields, preferably within FinTech, blockchain, or decentralized finance sectors. • Marketing Proficiency: Strong background in marketing and growth strategy, with a proven ability to execute social media and video content projects. • Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and Telegram; experience with project management and communication platforms. • Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Resourceful and self-motivated, with the ability to handle large projects and provide operational oversight.
