• Job Position: Finance Manager • Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping PST working hours • Job Type: Full-time • Salary Range: $55k/ year - $75k/year, depending on experience • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST • Locations: Remote • About Pearl Talent: Works with the top 1% of candidates, connecting them with the best startups in the US and EU. • Company Overview: Innovative DTC company offering anti-theft hydration packs and bags for live events. • Key Responsibilities: Manage financial aspects, strategic planning, financial analysis, vendor management. • Operations Management: Oversee accounts payable processes, track costs including BOM analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in financial management. • Experience in ecommerce finance and metrics. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. • Proficiency in Excel and financial software. • MBA or CPA certification. • Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or event-based retail.
