• Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours • Job Type: Full-time • Salary Range: Up to $2,200 per month, Based on Skills and Experience • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 6 PM EST or 8 AM to 5 PM EST • Locations: Remote, open to candidates in Colombia and Philippines • Role Overview: The Operations Associate role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing high-level assistance to the CEO, managing client and partner communication, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. • Your Impact: This position is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and executive support, enhancing client relationships, and driving growth through marketing and sales support.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks like operations, executive assistance, and client communication. • Basic knowledge of automation tools like Zapier to streamline processes. • Experience in financial services or a related industry with a solid understanding of financial processes. • Proficient in CRM systems for managing client and lead data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams. • Familiarity with project management tools to track and coordinate tasks effectively. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Tech Savviness • Experience working with remote teams. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish. • Experience with Trainual.com • Experience supporting marketing or sales efforts, especially with CRM and outreach tools.
