• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or related field • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (a plus) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in project management and budget control • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (a plus)
