• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company • Ensure smooth workflow and optimize processes • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence • Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and procedures • Analyze operational data for improvement and cost-savings • Implement and maintain quality control standards • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of operational staff • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or related field • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (a plus) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in project management and budget control • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (a plus)
