Requirements

β€’ Sales Skills: 1-3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, with the ability to engage patients and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. β€’ Scheduling Expertise: Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple providers and locations in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Customer Service Orientation: Strong communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction, empathy, and conflict resolution. β€’ Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing appointments, verifying benefits, and collaborating with team members. β€’ Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and other digital tools to manage patient information and appointments efficiently. β€’ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and navigate scheduling conflicts or insurance issues with minimal supervision. β€’ Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, clinical, and administrative departments. β€’ Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fully remote environment, with access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
