Description

• Lead and oversee non-technical aspects of projects • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans • Monitor project progress and mitigate risks • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders • Maintain project documentation and conduct regular project meetings • Implement project management methodologies and adapt plans as needed • Identify and implement strategies to maintain project quality and meet goals • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related field (e.g., operations, business administration) • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) (a plus) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
