📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, or a related field. • Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit analysis skills. • Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Experience with Credit Analysis and Capital Advisory. • Experience with CoStar, HubSpot, and CRM systems. • Familiarity with private credit, distressed assets, or alternative financing. • Prior experience with lenders, investment firms, or private equity.
