🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a strong understanding of online recruiting tools and techniques. • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable • Solid experience in creating online marketing campaigns using Meta and other social media platforms. • Proven ability to identify and attract top talent in a virtual environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport remotely. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
