🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 2-3 years in client success, account management, talent development, or related roles. • Skills: • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs like ClickUp. • Experience in recruitment, coaching, or learning & development is highly preferred. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Preferred: • Background in recruitment or outsourcing industries. • Familiarity with learning platforms.
