📋 Description

• Role: Technical Recruiter • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote • Job Type: Full-time • Salary Range: Up to Php 40,000 per month, with (Php 15,000 bonus per month) • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST • About Pearl Talent: Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. Your responsibilities will include: Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, technical communities) to identify and attract qualified technical professionals. Technical Screening: Assess candidates' technical skills through technical interviews, coding challenges, or other relevant assessments. Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent, tracking candidate progress and engagement. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their technical needs and preferences. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and compensation benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or start-up setting. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and technical frameworks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
