📋 Description

•Support Pearson Education’s pricing strategy, deal structuring, and deal desk operations. •Help optimize pricing process and ensure compliance with company policies. •Provide timely, accurate pricing and deal approval support to sales team. •Conduct competitive pricing analysis and maintain pricing tools and templates. •Assist in deal desk function and manage approval workflows for deals. •Generate reports on pricing performance and analyze deal data for insights. •Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain internal documentation.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. •1-3 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or deal desk support within a sales environment. •Experience working with pricing models, deal structures, and sales teams is a plus. •Basic understanding of financial principles and pricing strategies. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. •Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain pricing and deal-related information to non-technical stakeholders. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
