β€’ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our vocational education initiatives in Middle East and allied markets. β€’ As member of the Enterprise Learning & Skills (ELS) VQ Sales Team, the RDM will work collaboratively as appropriate with colleagues to build business in line with customer needs. β€’ This role is to cover the area of Middle East, North Africa and Turkey and other markets as appropriate and set out by the leader. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the vocational education market. β€’ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government bodies, and industry partners. β€’ Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring they meet the specific needs of clients. β€’ Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. β€’ Deliver a culture of high performance and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector. β€’ Strong understanding of vocational education and training systems β€’ Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Valid driver's license and access to a car as travel will be required.
