📋 Description
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our vocational education initiatives in Middle East and allied markets. • As member of the Enterprise Learning & Skills (ELS) VQ Sales Team, the RDM will work collaboratively as appropriate with colleagues to build business in line with customer needs. • This role is to cover the area of Middle East, North Africa and Turkey and other markets as appropriate and set out by the leader. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the vocational education market. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government bodies, and industry partners. • Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring they meet the specific needs of clients. • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. • Deliver a culture of high performance and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector. • Strong understanding of vocational education and training systems • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid driver's license and access to a car as travel will be required.
