Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Bachelor's degree required. • A background in educational testing and assessment industry is strongly recommended. • Item and test development experience is a plus. • Experience with implementing and/or creating process documents. • Assessment best practices experience is desirable. • Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills. • Excellent project planning and organizational skills are required. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are desired. • Travel depending upon contract requirements. • Other duties as required.
