📋 Description

• As a key member of the Service Delivery team, the Counseling Services Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the counseling service line serving students with diverse learning needs. • Reporting to the Director of School Service Delivery, this role collaborates closely with the Director and the Therapy Services Lead to develop and implement a strategic plan for high-quality counseling services. • Key responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, team development, and advancing departmental initiatives, as well as supporting cross-functional projects throughout the school year cycle. • This is a full-time, remote, 12-month role.

🎯 Requirements

• MS in Social Work, MS in School Counseling, or MS in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) required • Hold a current LCSW, or LMHC professional license • Supervisory experience required, preferably 3+ years • Valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure, required • Ability to obtain and maintain multiple required state certifications and clearances as assigned • 5+ years of experience in K-12 school setting delivering mental health services to Special Education populations, virtual experience preferred • Strong technology skills (will use Pearson Online Classroom, Power BI, SharePoint, Zoom, Microsoft, Google Apps, HubSpot and other software) • Experience with Medicaid reimbursement and processes, preferred • Innovative and creative problem solver, with a high degree of adaptability to shift priorities • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to accountability for student goal achievement • Detail oriented, with a proven ability to analyze and interpret accountability data • Comfortable presenting information to both small and large groups • High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently and take initiative • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Some travel may be required • Other duties as assigned
