📋 Description
• Assist with admissions and intake processes • Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions for clients • Follow up with clients and their families to provide support • Assist with facilitating virtual platforms for telehealth sessions • Provide virtual monitoring and support to clients during telehealth sessions • Collaborate with counselors and other members of the treatment team • Maintain accurate and confidential client records • Participate in team meetings and case conferences • Provide support and assistance to counselors as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred) • Proven experience in a supportive role within a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care • Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
