📋 Description

• As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in the IT department at Pella Corporation. • You will help lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is of critical importance. • Expertise in Salesforce will be essential in guiding a scrum team and ensuring the successful delivery of business value within an agile delivery model.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert Salesforce product knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience and Flow. • Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. • Expert knowledge within Salesforce Service Cloud. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and customization capabilities. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product team members at all levels. • Team leadership and/or mentorship experience. • Technical documentation experience. • Experience working with agile methodologies. • Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado (preferred), Gearset, or Flosum.
