Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining production web applications • 2+ years in ad tech or data analytics industry • Proven leadership or mentoring experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in managing projects through development lifecycle • Ability to align technical decisions with business goals • Experience working with stakeholders • Strong desire for continuous learning
