📋 Description

• Assist in the company’s revenue accounting functions, which include reconciling and validating revenue data across third party payment platforms. • Accurately apply cash collections to the customer’s account using appropriate accounting and business management software (Zuora and NetSuite). • Perform month-end close activities. • Work closely with sales and other departments to provide support, resolve problems, and reconcile accounts. • Validate data across 3rd party payment platforms, internal data warehouses, Salesforce, and Zuora. • Create metrics, generating reports and statements for internal use. • Assist with revenue team projects and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. • At least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role. • Strong math, typing, and computer skills, Salesforce & Zuora Billing Software preferred. • Experience dealing with a large volume of sales data. • High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail. • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments. • Willing to work on US Pacific Time (graveyard).
