Description
• Prepare and analyze financial statements • Accurately track project financials • Process company invoices • Review and process credit card statements • Assist Project Managers in pay application process • Maintain accurate financial records • Assist in creation and management of budgets • Manage payroll processing • Prepare financials for CPA • Participate in audits for data accuracy • Optimize company’s cash position
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field • 3-5 years of Accounting Experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting • Expert level knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and GAAP • Professional level English communication skills, written and verbal • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus but not required.
