📋 Description
• Create engaging videos for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) performance and organic campaigns, tailored to platform-specific audiences and objectives. • Produce eye-catching and optimized video content for TikTok performance campaigns, focusing on short-form, engaging videos that drive conversions. • Develop YouTube videos for both organic and performance-driven campaigns, ensuring high-quality, attention-grabbing content. • Design and animate compelling visuals for email marketing campaigns, enhancing user experience and engagement. • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure videos and animations align with overall social media strategies and goals. • Edit raw footage, incorporate graphics, effects, and sound to produce polished, professional content. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video production, animation, and platform-specific best practices. • Analyze video performance metrics to continuously improve content strategy and engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-4 years of experience in video production and animation, with a portfolio that showcases your skills in social media-focused content. • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender). • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube, and their video requirements. • Experience in creating content for performance marketing (ads) and organic engagement (posts). • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and animation for email campaigns is a plus. • Creative mindset with an eye for detail, design, and storytelling. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback to improve content. • Preferred Skills: Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation is a plus. • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Background in graphic design or digital marketing is a bonus.
