📋 Description
• Lead establishment of programs, policies, and practices for clinical care excellence • Educate and assist clinical leaders in survey readiness • Develop tools and resources for audit readiness • Monitor and measure clinical, education, and performance activities • Compile trends and reports in patient care quality data • Ensure access to current education and regulatory resources
🎯 Requirements
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse or related licensed discipline (e.g. PT/OT/ST) • Minimum of five years’ Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred • Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the home health/hospice industry • Verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and develop efficient solutions • Software skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
