Description

• Serve as a system and process expert supporting Multilife Inforce business. • Provide ad-hoc reporting and troubleshoot complex inforce and billing/remittance issues. • Drive workflow improvements and assist in resolving complex issues. • Act as the primary subject matter expert for operational systems. • Ensure efficient data analysis and insights for decision-making. • Oversee suspense management and inforce illustration oversight. • Conduct training sessions for team members on system functionality. • Ensure compliance with company policies and risk management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in insurance operations, particularly in a Multi-Life or group benefits environment. • Expertise in system functionality, with experience in testing and troubleshooting. • Excellent communication and training skills to educate team members on system use and procedures. • Analytical skills for generating reports and improving workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex operational issues. • Significant experience with billing, remittances, and inforce administration required. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
