Description
• Play a major role in Order to Cash process • Oversee customer billing lifecycle ensuring accuracy in invoicing and cash receipts • Lead and develop a team of billing specialists • Manage billing system infrastructure for scalability and integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience • Assist with continuous process improvement and automated systems • Handle complex customer escalations related to billing inquiries • Develop and maintain KPIs related to billing operations
Requirements
• 5+ years experience working in billing in a SaaS environment • Proven leadership and people management skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills • Must be able to prioritize, and take initiative • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite (or similar ERP systems), Stripe, and Bill.com
